Trudy Sheffield is a relatable, conversational psychologist, who works alongside people to find solutions to life disturbances and live to their potential. Trudy works with professionalism, integrity and competence. Professional rapport, co-researching and building a positive therapeutic alliance are of primary importance to her work. Trudy is a member of the Psychology Board of Australia. Trudy has 22 years experience working collaboratively with clients who present with complex needs, assisting them to making positive changes that are realistic and sustainable. She is in private practice in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Her room is also dog friendly (with prior advice/dog leashed).
